Your insurance company and employer ultimately decide what benefits your policy provides. This includes:

1. whether or not mental health care is covered,

2. what type of mental health clinicians or services will be reimbursed,

3. how much you pay for a deductible and co-payment before the company will reimburse me.

4. limitations on coverage by diagnosis, or number of sessions in a given year.

***My inclusion on a provider list does not guarantee that a managed care company will cover your mental health care at 100%.  I am committed, however, to working with you to establish a payment plan to help you manage the cost of counseling.

Call the 800# on the back of your insurance card to get answers to the above questions, or check with your human resources office at your employment.
