Does your company offer an Employee Assistance Program?  EAPs are designed to help employers to assist their employees with problems that adversely impact their ability to perform at work.  Our EAP counselors provide assessment and referral or short-term counseling to employees and their families. 

EAP can also offer consultation services and training to your management team on an individual or group basis to assist in areas such as problem-solving, team building, and managing transitions.  We can be available to do crisis intervention, as well, called CISD (Critical Incident Stress Debriefing) to help employees to deal with unexpected trauma in the workplace.
